AFVTech

AFVTech is a conversion company that performs aftermarket vehicle conversions for natural gas, propane, and hydrogen vehicles. AFVTech also offers mobile service, repair, and safety inspections for OEM or aftermarket alternative fuel vehicle conversion systems in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Alternative Fuels Equipment

Alternative Fuels Equipment is a supplier of electric and propane alternative fuel vehicle components including both Curtis electric vehicle controllers and instruments and IMPCO propane carburetion systems. Their liquefied petroleum gas carburetion department also offers technical assistance and a complete inventory of parts and customized propane conversion kits for all types of engines. Curtis produces electronic vehicle products for material handling, industrial, aerial lift, golf, light-on-road, airport and personal mobility applications. IMPCO is a designer, manufacturer, and supplier of advanced fuel storage, fuel delivery, and electronic control systems.

Amerex Corporation

BAF Technologies

BAF Technologies provides alternative fuel vehicle upfit services for vehicles and engines. The company has been involved in the certification and verification of alternative fuel systems and engines for more than 10 years. BAF can provide all the preliminary emission testing of an engine and/or system to ensure that the system meets all required emission standards at EPA or CARB testing facilities. BAF Technologies also offers warranty and vehicle support as well as training for operators and technicians.

Blue Bird Corporation manufactures and markets a full product line of school buses. Special options are available on many vehicles, including engines that can be fueled with either CNG or LNG.

Campbell-Parnell USA Inc.

OEM manufacturer and distributor of Self-Learn Technology, Timed Sequential Injection System (TSI) that is EPA certified for both CNG and LPG conversions.

DOE's Clean Cities Program supports public-private partnerships that deploy AFVs and build supporting alternative fuel infrastructure.

Clean FUEL USA is a global company dedicated to developing and building safe, reliable and compliant products and services necessary to transition fleets to alternative fuels. CleanFUEL USA's CFT branded E85 and propane motor fuel dispensers, the Liquid Propane Injection (LPI) engine system, CleanFUEL USA refueling sites and CleanFUEL Distribution provide alternative fuel solutions for fleet managers and station operators.

Creative Bus Sales, Inc.

Creative Bus Sales installs or converts buses to compressed natural gas (CNG), propane, or hybrid systems that meet EPA and CARB certifications. The company also sells new and used GEM all electric vehicles.

Cummins/Westport Natural Gas Engines

Cummins Inc. and Westport Innovations Inc. formed a joint partnership to develop, manufacture, and market low-emission, high-performance, alternative fuel engines. The partnership has produced a new product line of heavy-duty natural gas and propane engines for use in buses, trucks, and all types of other regional/urban vocational vehicles.

DOE/EPA Fuel Economy Guide

The DOE/EPA Fuel Economy Guide allows users to find fuel economy information, check air pollution ratings, greenhouse gas emissions, and safety information for new and used cars and trucks. You can also research current gasoline prices throughout the United States or look up tips for improving the gas mileage of your current vehicle.

Dual Curve

Dual Curve is a division of Autotronic Controls Corporation that provides research, development, sales, and support for a variety of electronic components used on automotive LPG and CNG conversions.

Eco-Fueler

Eco-Fueler Corporation produces a vehicle capable of running on compressed natural gas (CNG), propane (LPG), or regular gasoline. The Eco Fuel Roadster is capable of getting 65 to 70 miles per gallon (MPG) and qualifies for rebates and incentives, including HOV access, throughout the United States.

Energy Information Administration (EIA)

EIA is a statistical agency of DOE. It provides policy-independent data, forecasts, and analyses to promote sound policy making, efficient markets, and public understanding regarding energy and its interaction with the economy and the environment as well as alternative fuel production and use.

Energy Management Institute

The Energy Management Institute publishes the Alternative Fuels Index, a subscription-based service that focuses on seven alternative fuel products approved by the Department of Energy to meet current alternative fuel U.S. standards. Those fuels include biodiesel, ethanol, propane, methanol, electricity, hydrogen, and natural gas. Coverage includes industry commentary relating to supply, price, policy and news as well as detailed price and trend analysis at the wholesale level.

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Clean School Bus USA

The goal of Clean School Bus USA is to reduce both children's exposure to diesel exhaust and the amount of air pollution created by diesel school buses.

IMPCO

IMPCO is a leading designer, manufacturer, and supplier of advanced fuel storage, fuel delivery, and electronic control systems that allow internal combustion engines to operate using clean burning gaseous fuels such as hydrogen, propane, and natural gas.

Jasper Engines and Transmissions

Jasper Engines provides CNG and LPG conversions for Ford F-series pickups, E-series vans, wagons and cutaways, SUVs and the Crown Victoria; GM C- & K-series pickups, G-series vans, wagons and cutaways, and SUVs; GMC 6.0L (1500-3500); and selected Dodge vehicles. National Propane Gas Association (NPGA)

NPGA is the national trade association representing the propane industry. Its membership includes small businesses and large corporations engaged in the retail marketing of propane gas and appliances; producers and wholesalers of propane equipment, manufacturers and distributors of propane gas appliances and equipment; fabricators of propane gas cylinders and tanks; and propane transporters.

Optima Bus Corporation

Optima Bus Corporation offers a complete line of transit buses and trolleys, including hybrid electric, CNG, and LPG-powered models.

Propane Education and Research Council (PERC)

The Propane Education and Research Council promotes the safe and efficient use of propane as a preferred energy source. Through the Council, the propane industry has committed itself to a multi-year, multi-million dollar effort to improve consumer and employee safety, to fund research and development of new and more efficient propane equipment, and to expand public awareness of propane and its many uses and environmental advantages.

Railroad Commission of Texas site dedicated to promoting the use of LPG.

SFI Engine Technologies Inc.

SFI Engine Technologies manufactures EPA certified LPG conversion equipment for model year 2003, 2004 and 2005 Ford 4.6L engine platforms (Crown Victoria, Ford Police Interceptor, Grand Marquis and Lincoln Town Car). Canadian Standards Association (CSA) International certification is in place for all components of the conversion technology.

San Diego Environmental Foundation

The San Diego Environmental Foundation operates an education program on alternative vehicles and fuels including biodiesel, propane, CNG, LPG, and E85. The education program is operated by the San Diego Ecocenter.

Southern Indiana Propane

Southern Indiana Propane sells, leases, and installs LPG tanks for homes, farms, and businesses.

Technocarb

Technocarb is an AFV component supplier and performs aftermarket propane conversions on a number of original equipment manufacturer produced vehicles.

TeleflexGFI

TeleflexGFI is a supplier of alternative fuel conversion systems (CNG, LPG) to original equipment manufacturers. Teleflex GFI also supplies systems for aftermarket conversions through their dealer, BAF Technologies.

Tri Gas & Oil

Tri Gas & Oil custom blends biodiesel in any percentage per customer specifications, and delivers in quantities of 500 to 7000 gallons. Tri Gas & Oil is a supplier of biodiesel in Maryland, Washington, DC, Virginia and Delaware.

Trolley Enterprises

Trolley Enterprises designs and manufactures hybrid electric and propane fueled trolleys for municipal transit applications.
