James M. Wahlrab, United States Marshal for the Southern District of Ohio,
announces the arrest of Alfred William Cash. Cash was wanted by the Delaware
County Sheriff’s Office in Muncie, Indiana for failure to register as a sex
offender. Cash, now age 50, was convicted at the age of 32 for rape of a 12
year old girl in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and has a lifetime registration
