Dr. Harlan Krumholz of Yale says people with heart disease should get inactivated virus vaccine from a flu shot rather than weakened live virus of a nasal spray.

"We think it's safest for them to go with the inactivated route � that is, the shot. If you get the shot, with the inactivated vaccine, that�s the way to go." (seven seconds)
