The Visitor Services Office attempts to respond to every email, either by return email or by U.S. Mail, depending on the question. Due to the volume of emails we receive, in certain seasons, it may take 7 to 10 days to get a reply.

Streaming WebCam Status
The live streaming webcam at Old Faithful is up and running again. The web enterprise team in Washington, D.C., however, is still reconfiguring how the stream is delivered. The camera itself is fully operational, but temporary outages may occur during this time. Please check back here for updates.
