Subject: Defects Potentially Reportable Under 10CFR21

Gentlemen:

Further to our letters of February 26th and April 3rd, 1996 we are
writing about a possible material defect in certain stainless steel
Swagelok tube fittings.

Enclosed is a list of three additional shipments to a nuclear facility of
parts that are included in this investigation.  This is the same
potential defect and same part numbers discussed in our previous letters.

All three shipments were to Duquesne Light's Beaver Valley Station.

We have already notified the facility about this potential problem.
