An entertaining, colorful (comic-book style), bilingual guide presenting strategies for preventing heart disease. In a series of brief stories, it presents the Ramirez family deciding to make changes in their lifestyle to protect their hearts. Each of the stories includes a workshop segment in which readers can write personal pledges to improve their health and chart activites and progress.
