Do you have business with King County government or questions about services? A satellite office is open at the Northshore Public Health Center at the edge of Bothell and Juanita. The Center offers a convenient location, special hours, and knowledgeable staff ready to serve you. Come visit us soon!

Driving directions

I-405 Northbound

  1. Take exit #22 (NE 160th).
  2. Turn left at the end of the ramp.
  3. The third stoplight is NE 145th Steet (7-11 store is on the corner).
  4. Turn right onto 145th and proceed 1/2 block.
  5. Turn right into the Public Health Center at Northshore.

I-405 Southbound

  1. Take exit #22 (NE 160th).
  2. Turn right at the end of the ramp.

522 Northbound (Lake City Way/Bothell Way)

  1. After Kenmore and before entering Bothell, turn right at the light at 96th Avenue NE.
  2. That winds through the Wayne Golf Course and residential areas (becomes 100th Avenue NE).
  3. The first light is NE 145th Street, turn left and proceed approximately 1/2 mile.
  4. Turn left into the Public Health Center at Northshore.

From Kirkland

  1. NE Market Street (becomes 100th Avenue NE) north to Juanita-Woodinvile Way.
  2. Turn right and proceed approximately 1 mile.
  3. Turn left at the light at NE 145th Street (7-11 store on the corner).
  4. Turn right into the Public Health Center at Northshore.
