formerly RMP. Devon provided outstanding performance in the following areas:

Accurate production reporting rate of 99.05 percent. |
Devon is also a partner in our financial reengineering
efforts, providing insight and input into reporting and financial system changes.

FY 1998 and FY 1999 winner of the Stewardship Award. |

Solid Minerals Reporter
During FY 2000, San Juan Coal Company sold 4.4 million tons
of coal that accounted for approximately thirteen million dollars in royalties paid and
reported to MRM, formerly RMP. San Juan provided outstanding performance in the following
areas:

Accurate production reporting rate of 100 percent. |
