Groundwater Protection

DOE Order 5400.1, General Environmental Protection Program, requires the development and implementation of a groundwater protection program. The primary goal of the BNL Groundwater Protection Management Program is to ensure that plans for groundwater protection, management, monitoring and restoration are fully defined, integrated and managed in a cost-effective manner that is consistent with federal, state, and local regulations.
