PDU Joins Tech Services
Technical Services welcomes the Project Delivery Unit to their new location in the Transportation Building. This group officially became part of Technical Services in March 2007 in order to provide more seamless headquarter's support and services to the Regions and our external/internal partners. Book
The Guidebook covers the basic steps associated with program development, project development, and project construction. Its main focus is on the steps involved in the development and delivery of various types of highway projects.
Operational Notices
Operational notices are ODOT's project delivery policy guidelines, intended to ensure consistency in project delivery practices throughout ODOT.
Highway Directives
Highway Division Directives and Transportation Operation Directives are to be used as operation guidance and carry the weight of policy for Highway Division staff.
ACEC/ODOT Partnership
On March 14, 2005, the American Council of Engineering Companies of Oregon (ACEC) and the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Steering Committee met in Salem, Oregon to outline a partnership agreement. The intent of the partnering workshop was to formulate a working relationship between ACEC and ODOT that meets partner needs and expectations given today's business context.
Project Delivery Performance
The Highway Division's Performance Management System (PM System) is an organizational management tool that was developed to assess the Division's progress in achieving its goals.
