Information for Reviewers
Overview
To ensure a wide and comprehensive discussion of the projects to recommend to the Oregon Transportation Commission, the applications were reviewed by modal committees (Oregon Aviation Board, the Freight, Public Transit, and Rail Advisory Committees, the Marine Project and Planning Advisory Committee), regional committees (Area Commissions on Transportation) and a Final Review Committee consisting of representatives from both modal and regional review committees.

The committee review process began Jan. 17 and was completed in May. The Final Review Committee prioritized all the projects and created one draft list of projects for the OTC to review and take public comment on. The OTC made their final selections on June 20.

Reviewer Instructions
To facilitate the review process for review committee members, ODOT prepared a set of instructions. All participants in the review process were encouraged to download these instructions and read them. Included in the instructions were checklists and templates for reporting committee recommendations.
