Technical Services has recently directed the creation of Quarterly Leadership Team Reports. These reports are communication tools providing and updating key information for ODOT and Consultant staff involved in delivering projects for ODOT.

The Oregon Department of Transportation Technical Services Branch issued the new Technical Directive on October 22, 2007: TSB07-01(D) "Errors and Omissions Contract Language and Administration Procedures."

Chapter 3 of the Access Management Manual has been revised and is now available online. The chapter is titled Guidelines and Resources for Access Management in Project Development. The chapter provides detailed explanations of the purpose, relationship, and content of the deliverables specified in Project Delivery Leadership Team Operational Notices 03 and 03(A). Select the "Project Delivery" link below for the site where the Guidelines, Operational Notices, forms and other resources for project development are available.

Consultants can now subscribe to the "ODOT Info - A & E Consultants" email list to receive general ODOT project delivery related information, such as significant changes to policies or procedures and training opportunities. The goal is to help improve ODOT's communication with consultants and to do so consistently and efficiently.
