Workshop Announcement:

SEAFOOD SUSTAINABILITY IN A CHANGING CLIMATE

Northeast Pacific Ocean and Coastal Zones

This two-day participatory workshop will attempt to identify research needs and policy initiatives to sustain the

- wild fisheries
- finfish aquaculture
- shellfish aquaculture

under anticipated climate change in the Northeast Pacific Ocean and coastal zones of British Columbia, Washington and Alaska.

We encourage a wide range of researchers, policy-makers and, most especially, those directly involved in the various facets of the fisheries and aquaculture business to share their knowledge, learn about the possible impacts of climate change, and to assist in developing recommendations for future research and policy.
