In regards to Docket No, 2007-02, I feel that the proposed Access Board’s
Outdoor Developed Areas requirements are not conducive to the intent and
motto of the Forest Service because under this rule “Caring for the Land”
is questionable. Federal FS land would be modified as needed to meet the
proposed accessibility requirements.
I feel that if current requirements were strictly enforced, the Access
Board proposal would not be needed at all.
