Naming Convention: w_ ddmmyy .shp/.shx/.dbf/.prj - where .shp, .shx, .dbf are the extensions of the 3 component files of the shapefile and .prj is the projection file.
Shapefile Type: polygon

LAT numeric 9,5 Latitude of centroid [decimal degrees]

Comments: County Warning Areas (CWA's) are extracted from a master county/zone shapefile, and boundaries are therefore congruent with state/county/zone shapefiles where lines are shared. The CWA boundaries currently divide (split) 22 counties in seven states...AK(5), AZ(2), CA(11), FL(1), ID(1), ME(1), NY(1)... (see County shapefile's CWA field)
