Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the date of transportation, this included cancellations and changes. Credit cards are required in order to reserve an airport pick-up and are charged at the time the reservation is made.

The travel time is approximately 2 hours from LAX, 1.5 hours from San Diego and 1 hour from Ontario Airport.

In order to facilitate grouping as much as possible it is best to make your reservations by the first week of September or as soon as you know your flight information. Please be advised that every internet reservation must be confirmed by an agent at Transit Van Shuttle. Once you put their information on the internet site, you will be contacted by one of our agents to confirm the information and obtain the credit card payment.

Also, when making reservations, all attendees should identify them by our group name so that they will receive the special discounted pricing. Please be advised that a slight wait will be required in order to group with other members of the conference and give them the discounted price. However, if they choose not to wait, we will be glad to pick them up as an exclusive trip at full price.
