If you are a Federal traveler and discover that a property in which you stayed is not compliant with the requirements for listing on the National Master List, please complete the following form or call the USFA Hotel-Motel Program Manager at (301) 447-1358. USFA will follow up with the appropriate state authorities to investigate the property’s status. Thank you for your interest in fire safety.
