Dust and Smoke Over the Mediterranean and Black Seas

Dust and smoke continue to fill the skies over the Mediterranean and Black seas as can be seen in this SeaWiFS image. In addition to the widespread haze, individual smoke plumes can be made out at various locations around the Balkan Peninsula.
