Aerospace Executive Service (AES) at the Singapore Airshow 2008

The U.S. Commercial Service of the U.S. Department of Commerce is pleased to announce our Aerospace Executive Service (AES) at the Singapore Airshow (show website).  On February 18-20, 2008 our Aerospace & Defense Team will offer a unique way through our AES program for U.S. firms to participate at the Singapore Airshow.  The Singapore Airshow brings the world’s main players in aviation and defense technologies to Singapore. It is one of the top three air shows in the world and serves as a global marketplace and networking platform for the military and civil aviation community.

As of early September this year, 98% of exhibition space at the Singapore Airshow is sold.  Moreover, did you know?

  • The New Changi Exhibition Centre has 40,000sqm Exhibition Space
  • 30,000 Trade Visitors are Expected
  • 900 Exhibiting Companies are Expected
  • Exhibitors from over 40 Countries are Expected

As a participant in the AEROSPACE EXECUTIVE SERVICE, you will benefit from the following:

  • 2 days of pre-scheduled meetings with potential partners, agents, and buyers (Feb 18 -19, 2008) in advance of the exhibition
  • One show entry pass per company representative
  • Copy of the official Singapore Airshow Exhibitor’s Directory
  • One invitation to U.S. Ambassador’s Reception per company representative
  • Pre-show market briefing
  • Shared 18sqm U.S. Commercial Service Business Information Office booth at the Singapore Airshow to use for meetings and to display company literature (presumes 14 participating U.S. companies)
  • Base of operations and access to all amenities in the U.S. Commercial Service Business Information Office booth including shared office suite, equipment, services, and lounge when not in use for one-on-one Asia Now Appointments
  • Meetings with U.S. Department of Commerce Aerospace and Defense industry specialists at the show from 13 U.S. Embassies and Consulates across Asia to discuss market trends and opportunities in each of their countries (the number of U.S. Embassies participation is subject to confirmation).
  • Coordination with U.S. Commercial Service aerospace industry specialists in Asia

The AES affords lower-cost access to small and medium-sized businesses by allowing them to participate in Asia’s largest aerospace exhibition without taking on the enormous expense of purchasing and staffing booth space.

Participation Fee: $3,200* (lodging and airfare not included), *$500 for each additional company representative

We will accept only 14 U.S. participating companies on a first-come first-serve basis.
