The Architect of the Capitol has a requirement to provide a comprehensive Integrated Pest Management Program for the buildings and grounds in the area known as the Capitol Hill Complex in Washington, DC as detailed in the solicitation. Services include all supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the surveillance, trapping, pesticide application and pest removal aspects of the integrated pest management program. The Service Contract Act shall apply. Award will be made on a best value basis. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for one year with four option years using full and open competition. The solicitation will be available in May 2008. Copies of the solicitation, when issued, will be available electronically by downloading from the AOC Procurement Opportunities website located at http://www.aoc.gov/business/procure-opps.cfm No telephone requests will be accepted for copies of the solicitation.
