NWS honored Bill Keller, center, of Shoals with a Dick Hagemeyer, 45 Year Length of Service Award. Bill and many others in the Keller family, including his wife, Fern, many of their children and his father and grandfather, have measured and recorded river readings along with precipitation and temperatures since the 1920's.
