Community Residential Homes for Persons with Developmental Disabilities are homes that provide services and support for at least four and no more than eight persons with developmental disabilities. These facilities are operated by service agencies or community-centered boards.

These facilities must provide a homelike environment, with use of common areas by all persons living there. Supportive services include meals, laundry, personal care, assistance with medications and protective oversight. Activities and transportation are also provided. Residents medical needs must be overseen by a primary care physician and the facility must furnish required medical services and keep residents' medical records.
Businesses must apply for facility license BEFORE accepting patients License: $150 yearly plus $15 HCAA filing fee.
