The photocopy process may release chemical and solvent emissions into the air.
If the emmission are above sepecified levels, Air Pollution Emission Notice (APEN) is required.
Requires final approval and ongoing inspections.
$119.96 filing fee, $59.98/hr evaluation fee. Annual fee based on emissions.
All photocopy centers should contact the Small Business Clean Air Technical Assistance Progarm to determine if they are subject to APEN requirements. See the Division's Bulletin "Pollution Prevention for Printing."
