The following interest rates should be used as an estimate only. Rates can vary depending on the term of the loan, the timing of your project, and the availability of funds. To fund large loans, we may need to issue new bonds which would set new rates.

Residential
6.00% - 6.20% for 5-15 years depending on availability of funds and term. Please contact SELP staff for current terms.
Commercial
Large renewable projects (wind, solar, hydro, geothermal, waste heat, or biomass)
Tax-exempt rates may be available. Rate subject to bond market.
