I have several months of the EDAS data files on my PC and wish to run several months at one time. Is there a way to run the model in "batch mode" that would generate trajectory endpoints for example for trajectories starting every 6 hours?

Have you seen the file auto_traj.tcl in the hysplit4/trajmdl directory? This is distributed now in the PC-hysplit package. It is an example Tcl/Tk script that does a series of hysplit runs by looping through an array of trajectory origin latitudes-longitudes. It may be modified accordingly to loop through other input parameters.
