What cities do you suggest have the best air quality?
We at NOAA's Air Resources Laboratory try to predict the surface ozone levels using complex
transport, dispersion, and chemical transformation models, but to my knowledge, we do
not study the health effects of air pollutants and where it might be best to live.
The U.S. EPA might be a good starting location for your research. I would suggest you try
