Online service that provides commercial and industrial energy customers with access to energy usage information and analysis tools. Customers can view load profiles, usage history charts, and a variety of statistics using load and billing data from multiple facilities. EPO also offers users the ability to generate estimated bills in the same format as their monthly statement, even before the billing period has ended. Data can also be downloaded for further analysis in Energy Profiler for Windows or other load data analysis software.

At this time, EPO does not provide for online bill payment and as such should not be regarded as a "billing system".
