Manages preventative maintenance activities for HVAC and building systems, in order to provide mechanical, energy and architectural engineers with (a) easy to use process and system to record, track and manage preventative maintenance and capture readings for their building systems; (b) reporting and analysis tools to improve equipment utilization, minimize breakdown, and improve operational efficiencies. Pervidi utilizes sophisticated software, combined with wireless mobile handheld products to record, track, and manage readings and maintenance activities. Pervidi can export captured information (CSV file) that can be imported by other products.
