July 22, 1998, a program notice (MAP-98009) was
distributed to provide participants with a non-published
version of the MAP regulations that included all
amendments to the MAP. Unfortunately, some copies were
distributed with pages missing and page 11 contained an
error. Attached herein is a complete and corrected copy
