The Marketing Operations Staff has been receiving an increasing number of requests for reimbursement claims for less than $10,000. The MAP regulations (7 CFR 1485.17(c)) provide that CCC will not reimburse a claim for less than $10,000 unless that claim is the final claim for a participant=s activity plan year. We are committed to minimizing the paperwork and the cost of administering the MAP program and request that every effort be made to reduce the number of reimbursement claims submitted to FAS by consolidating smaller claims. Your cooperation in this endeavor is greatly appreciated. |
