The general information noted is very helpful, but the heights should be noted in inches, not centimeters. Clinical staff don't have time to convert inches to centimeters, and after the newborn period, we know of few places - at least in our city - that measure children in centimeters.

Providing diastolic blood pressure data would have made this truly useful. I think most clinicians who are taking hypertension seriously (and likely to use this card) ought to use the complete--albeit complicated--charts previously published.
