  Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Has customer satisfaction reporting been discontinued?
States no longer have to report customer satisfaction outcomes on a quarterly basis (the key word here is “quarterly.”); however, for the WIA Title 1B programs, customer satisfaction outcomes must be included on the WIA Annual Report, unless a state's waiver to report on common measures only has been approved.

  2. How were issues around the disability questions resolved in the WISPR?
For individuals who self-identify as having a disability, the question is then asked whether the disability is a physical impairment, a mental impairment, or both.  This is on the individual record which is submitted for exiters, plus the question on whether the individual received SSDI.  Additionally, we will be collecting aggregate counts of people with disabilities on the quarterly performance report.
