If you received unemployment benefits in 2007, a Form 1099G will be mailed by January 31, 2008 to the address on record as of January 18, 2008.
If your address has changed since you last claimed benefits, or you have not received your form 1099G by February 15, call the Unemployment Insurance Center nearest you to report the change.Click here to locate your local UI Center.
You may also view your 1099G information online at www.WorkingInOregon.org. Click "Online Claims" and "Status of your claim."
