Presented by Diet Coke, the 2008 Road Show visited 10 U.S. cities between February and April providing free health screenings—including blood pressure, body mass index, total blood cholesterol, and blood glucose—and disseminating educational materials. Through the Road Show, a total of 5,460 consumers were screened for these heart disease risk factors. Heart Truth partner the American College of Cardiology (ACC) also provided cardiologists and cardiac nurses to provide onsite consultations and discuss screening results with consumers. The exhibit also featured six designer red dresses from The Heart Truth's Red Dress Collection Fashion Shows, including the Marc Jacobs dress worn in the Red Dress Collection 2008 by Diet Coke spokesperson Heidi Klum and the Badgley Mischka worn by actress Ana Ortiz.

The 2008 Heart Truth Road Show visited shopping malls in Minneapolis, MN; Cincinnati, OH; Atlanta, GA; Philadelphia, PA; Los Angeles, CA; Birmingham, AL; Charleston, SC; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; and West Palm Beach, FL. The exhibit provided women in each community an opportunity to learn about their personal risk factors for heart disease and materials to equip them to take action.
