Public Comments

FCA publishes notices in the Federal Register on regulatory or policy actions. In many cases, we invite the public to comment on these actions.

Reading Submitted Public Comments
We publish on our Web site public comments on items that are either open for comment or items on which the FCA Board has not taken final action. To read the comments on a given regulatory or policy action, go to Regulatory/Policy Items Available and click on the one in which you are interested.

You may review comments on final regulations at our office in McLean, Virginia. You can also obtain paper copies of comments by sending an e-mail to reg-comm@fca.gov. You may be charged a fee.

    2. Click on the link to the regulation.
    3. Click on the light blue link at the top of the page. This link will carry you to the electronic public comment form.
