The GSA SmartPay® 2 program has released the request for proposal (RFP) on FedBizOpps. To download the RFP with amendments go to the documents below.

The comment period for this RFP closed on October 10, 2006, at 4:30 p.m. EDT. Proposals were due on January 22, 2007.

GSA SmartPay® Draft RFP Comments and Responses

As part of the process for developing the solicitation for the GSA SmartPay® 2 program, GSA released a draft RFP on FedBizOpps for comment on May 25, 2006. The program office subsequently received and, where appropriate, revised the RFP. A document containing the comments received by GSA can be found at FedBizOpps (please refer to the instructions below). When reviewing this document please keep the following in mind:

• Due to the volume of comments received, this document contains the first portion of comments and responses, and will be updated as the remaining comments are resolved and finalized.
• Comments identifying minor typographical and formatting errors have been resolved, but for practical purposes are not included in these documents.
• Comments that were received after the comments deadline (June 23, 2006) were considered and revisions made to the RFP as appropriate; however, these responses are not included in these documents.
• Lengthy comments have been abridged in these documents.
