10:11 am: A rotating convective cell in a tropical rain squall moved on shore from the Atlantic producing an EF0 tornado in Stuart. The short-lived tornado touched down near the intersection of US Highway 1 and Monroe Street . It blew down power poles and lines, overturned a high profile panel truck and damaged fuel pumps and surface panels of the a service station island cover. There were no injuries and damage amounts are estimated to be around $8 thousand.

12:35 pm: Another cell in a rain squall moved onshore from the Atlantic producing an EF0 tornado west of Ft. Pierce . The short-lived tornado touched down near the 3900 block of Selvitz Road . A truck parts supply building had minor damage to the roof and interior doors. The suspended ceiling in the showroom was blown out. In the immediate area, two tractor trailers were overturned as well as a boat on a trailer and a large fifth-wheel camper. Damage estimates were around $12 thousand.

1:45 pm: A tropical rain squall moved on shore producing an EF1 tornado that struck the manufactured home community of Barefoot Bay . The tornado damaged 50 residences. Of these, nine were declared uninhabitable. The tornado blew off the roof and collapsed an exterior wall of the most severely damaged home. The tornado damaged dozens of lightweight out buildings, carports and awnings. Initial reports indicate two minor injuries. Estimated damage was not available.
