Customer Service Center
ALIC is now part of the new Customer Service Center -
Grand Opening of the Customer Service Center
The National Archives and Records Administration has established Customer Service Centers at both Archives I and Archives II in order to meet the basic needs of the public at the earliest point of contact with NARA staff. Our goal is to simplify access to NARA records regardless of where they are located by directing our customers to the records themselves, and to alternative sources of information when appropriate.
