DCBS has shown a commitment to diversity with its Multicultural Communications Program (MCP) which was created to continue efforts to serve and reflect the diversity of Oregon's residents.

The Consumer and Business Services Multicultural Communications Program assists people with limited proficiency in English to obtain information about workers' compensation, investments, insurance, and job safety and health.
