GSA Logo DownloadsThese GSA logos are available for customers and vendors to download. The GSA Advantage, GSA Contract, and GSA Schedule logos are the only logos approved for use by GSA Schedule contractors. Use of these designs does not eliminate the requirements that a contractor comply with the provisions of the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) clause 552.203-71, Restrictions on Advertising. It is appropriate to use the designs in an advertisement directed to federal government contract users, provided that the advertisement does not state or imply that the product or service is endorsed or preferred by the government. You may go to the logo you’d like to download by clicking on its link below:

Click on "Save this Link as..." and then click on the "Save" button. Vector-based files: These are EPS ("encapsulated postscript") files that will retain high resolution at any size. They will give you the best results and are good for use in all types of products (i.e., brochures, flyers, booklets, posters, reports, banners, exhibits). EPS files can be opened with applications, such as Adobe Illustrator or other Macintosh and Windows applications that allow the editing of EPS files. These files can also be imported as an uneditable graphic into documents that support EPS files, such as QuarkXpress, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Powerpoint, and others. They can be resized after being imported. Raster-based files: These files are made up out of pixels. When enlarged, they will begin to lose resolution and may look "jaggy". Raster-based files include JPEG, TIFF, and BMP formats. Some of the raster-based files are provided in two resolutions: High Resolution: These files are 300 dots per inch and are good for use in products that require the graphic to be no larger than 2 inches high (i.e., brochures, booklets, reports, flyers). Low Resolution: These files are 72 dots per inch and are intended solely for use on web pages. GSA logos should follow GSA brand specifications for color whenever they are printed. The files available here conform to these color standards. Do not alter the logo color. If you are having problems opening the files you have downloaded, try launching the application that you want the graphic to open in first and then open the graphic file from within the application. Then use the "Save As" command and replace the file. If you continue to run into problems, still have questions, or you need a type of file that is not found on this page, please contact Andy Black by e-mail at andy.black@gsa.gov or by telephone at (202) 501-3554. Please include your name and telephone number in the body of any e-mail messages you send. Return To GSA Star Mark Logo Policy Page >
