Employer Wage Reporting - Seminar Schedule

Each year the Dallas Region Wage Reporting Specialists present and/or participate in informational seminars designed to provide employers and 3rd party W2 filers with updates on the use of Business Services Online.  Each seminar covers instructions on registering and filing W2s and verifying Social Security numbers online.

Some seminars are held in partnership with the IRS and other agencies such as the Small Business Development Centers throughout the region.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

  • Payroll Department personnel who are responsible for the preparation and submission of Forms W-2 to the Social Security Administration.

  • CPA's and accountants who file W2's with the Social Security Administration.

  • In-house systems (IT Department) technicians responsible for programming your payroll system.

  • Human Resource or Personnel Department representatives who are responsible for formatting names and Social Security numbers into the personnel system that interfaces with Payroll.
