Library Development Services of the Oregon State Library provides leadership, grants, and other assistance to improve local library service for all Oregonians.

In addition, staff from Library Development are available to staff of Oregon libraries for general consulting as well for specific areas such as statistics, school libraries, technology, and youth services in public libraries.
