Port Security Specialist (PS) A School
The Port Security Specialist "A" School trains personnel in Physical Security, Maritime Law Enforcement, Weapons Familiarization and Qualification, Operational Authority and Tactics, Port Readiness and Contingency Planning, and Anti Terrorism and Force Protection, and methods of providing security assistance for unit operations during a rigorous and demanding 7 weeks. Graduates meet the rating requirements for Third Class Port Security Specialist.
