323 New Stations added to the AVN and MRF MOS guidance

Effective with the 1200 UTC cycle on January 22, 2002, MDL will produce MOS guidance for an additional 323 stations in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. AVN and MRF MOS forecast guidance for these additional stations will be available in the MAV and MEX alphanumeric text bulletins and BUFR format.
