The Leadership and Organizational Performance Branch - Our mission is to improve leadership and management practices in support of Coast Guard operations. We provide leadership and management training, organizational performance programs, product development, and consultation to all Coast Guard people. Our Leadership and Managment course offerings include: Leadership and Management School (LAMS) and the Senior Leadership Principles and Skills (SLPS) Course. Our Organizational Performance Programs include: Commandant's Performance Excellence Criteria Orientation (CPEC), Commandant's Quality Award Examiner Course (CQA), Organizational Performance Consultant Course (QPC), and Team Leader and Facilitator Course (TL FAC). We also manage the "A" School Leadership Program.
