Subject: Prompt Payment Act - Revised Interest Rate
Attached is a copy of the Federal Register, Volume 71,
No. 250, page 78513 through 78514, dated December 29, 2006, which contains
the revised Prompt Payment Act interest rate. For the period beginning January
1, 2007 and ending on June 30, 2007, the prompt payment interest rate is 5.25 (5
1/4) per centum per annum.
