History Records Keystroke Functions
| F1 | HELP SCREEN. This key lists the use of each function key and displays other keying instructions. |
| F3 | PAGE ONE. This key re displays the first page (screen) of history accession records associated with the keyed history accession number. |
| F4 | RETURN. This key returns the user to the previous screen displayed. |
| F6 | SELECT ACCESSION. This key displays the full history accession record desired by the user. Enter an S in the first position of the desired history accession record and press F6. |
| F7 | PREVIOUS PAGE. This key displays the next 15 records (one page of finds) from the history file. |
| F8 | NEXT PAGE. This key displays the next 15 records (one page of finds) from the history file. |
| F9 | TERMINATE SYSTEM. This key terminates processing and returns to the CICS APPLICATIONS MENU. |
