Part 6. Viewing History File Information
Enter the History Records Screen
The requester may access history file information for a specific accession number either from the REFERENCE REQUEST SCREEN or the ACCESSION RECORDS SCREEN by pressing the F11 (history) key. If the F11 key is not mapped correctly, try ESC-11. The requester can then select a record to view the full NARS-5 record.
If the requester does not know the specific accession number and wishes to scroll through the history file, first access the ACCESSION RECORDS SCREEN by pressing F12 (search). If the F12 key is not mapped correctly, try ESC-12. Then press F11 and the HISTORY ACCESSION RECORDS SCREEN will appear.
