DECISION AND ORDER APPROVING CONSENT FINDINGS

   This proceeding arises under Labor Condition Applications and Requirements for Employers Using Aliens on H-1B Visas in Specialty Occupations, 20 C.F.R. 655, Subpart I.

   On January 14, 2004, the parties submitted the attached Settlement Agreement and Consent Findings to be approved pursuant to 29 C.F.R. § 18.9. I have carefully reviewed the terms of the Settlement Agreement and Consent Findings, and find them to be fair and reasonable and in substantial compliance with the requirements of 29 C.F.R. § 18.9(b). Pursuant to the terms of the Consent Findings, the parties agree that such constitutes full and complete settlement of all issues in the above-captioned matter.

ORDER

   Upon consideration of the record and the Consent Findings, I hereby ORDER that such is APPROVED in full and incorporated herein by reference. The Consent Findings shall constitute my findings of fact and conclusions of law and shall constitute full, final and complete adjudication of this proceeding.
