DECISION AND ORDER DISMISSING CLAIMS

   This matter is before the undersigned. A hearing is presently scheduled for August 7th and 8th, 2003, in Oak Park, Michigan.

   On August 5, 2003, the parties submitted a Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice. As grounds for the dismissal, the parties indicated that they have entered into a joint stipulation which sets forth the appropriate prevailing wages pursuant to 20 C.F.R. §655.731(d)(1) of the regulations and which resolves the dispute in these proceedings. (See attached Joint Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice). Accordingly, as the parties have resolved the above captioned matters,

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, the above captioned matters are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

   IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing set for August 7th and 8th, 2003, is hereby CANCELED.
